These terms cover Wasatch Reviews services provided by Willem Koury, doing business as Wasatch Reviews, in Salt Lake City, Utah. Questions? Email hello@wasatchreviews.com.

What you get

A branded review page, QR code and tap cards, a review request text tool for your staff, help writing replies to reviews, and weekly review updates. Setup is completed within 72 hours of payment, scheduled with you.

Billing

• Monthly plan: $297 one-time setup fee plus $97 per month, billed automatically each month until you cancel.
• Founding Annual plan: $997 per year with setup included, billed automatically each year until you cancel.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from your billing page (sign in with the email you paid with) or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your review page stays active until then.

Refunds

• Setup fee guarantee: If you use the tap cards and text tool with your customers and don't receive at least 10 new Google reviews in your first 30 days, we refund your setup fee. Just email us within 45 days of signing up.
• Annual plan: Cancel within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
• Otherwise, payments for a billing period that has already started are not refundable.

Reviews and Google's rules

We ask every customer for an honest review. We never filter out unhappy customers, offer incentives, write reviews, or post fake reviews, and you agree not to use our tools that way either. We can't control Google, so we don't guarantee any specific ranking, rating, or review count beyond the setup fee guarantee above.

Texting customers

Our text tool opens your own phone's messaging app. Only text customers who gave you their number for their visit, and stop if they ask you to.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. We may update them from time to time and will post the new date above.
